Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment and on boarding process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and preparing new hire documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the implementation of initiatives that promote employee well-being.
- Help coordinate employee training and development programs, with a focus on leadership accountability and creating a positive workplace tone.
- Assist in managing and resolving employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Organize and support team-building activities to encourage collaboration and a sense of belonging.
- Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining HR systems and generating reports.
- Contribute to creating and promoting a workplace culture aligned with Prachay’s Culture Code.
- Assist in processing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain and enhance Prachay’s presence on professional networks and job platforms.
- Communicate with prospective talent on LinkedIn to build relationships and create awareness about Prachay’s opportunities
