Job Description

1. Investor Relationship & Fund Mobilization

• Build and strengthen relationships with corporates for ICD placements and renewals
• Drive investor confidence by effectively presenting ICD products as treasury management solutions
• Develop long-term partnerships with corporates, NBFCs, and financial institutions

2. Business Development & Sales

• Generate and close leads for ICD mobilization through direct corporate engagement
• Map opportunities with target corporates and prepare structured pitch presentations
• Achieve fund-raising targets in line with organizational objectives

3. Credit Assessment & Structuring

• Leverage credit rating background to assess corporate profiles, evaluate risk, and ensure compliance
  Structure ICD deals aligning investor needs with company’s fund-raising strategy

4. Stakeholder Management

• Maintain close coordination with internal teams including treasury, compliance, and risk
• Act as the primary contact for corporates, ensuring smooth transaction execution and post-investment servicing

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Credit Rating processes, Corporate Finance, and Treasury products
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to engage confidently with senior corporate leaders
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• High integrity, regulatory awareness, and strong execution capability

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
• Additional certifications in Insurance / Mutual Funds preferred

Experience Background

• Strong background in Credit Rating, Corporate Finance, or Banking sector
• Proven B2B sales experience with corporates, financial institutions, and intermediaries
• Proven track record of handling teams of 20+ members
• Exposure to Inter Corporate Deposit (ICD), Treasury products, or short-term corporate funding preferred
• Ability to engage with CFOs, Treasury Heads, and Senior Finance Leaders of corporates
• Track record of achieving fund-raising targets and managing investor relations
