Job Description
- Identify and on-board retail, HNI, and institutional investors.
- Raising funds in the form of Non-Convertible Debentures, ICD, Debt Portfolio, & Debt AIF.
- Engage with investors on regular intervals
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Develop partnerships with wealth managers, financial advisors, chartered accountants, and investment professionals for cross-selling opportunities.
- Investor acquisition and servicing
- Organise seminars/ presentations to educate investors with a view to promote our products
- Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering investor value
- Educate investors about investment opportunities like Prachay Bonds, Debt AIF, Debt Portfolio & ICDs.
- Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team
- Support all communications with the investment community regarding the company’s business model, operating results, and business strategy.
- Advise on and support all aspects of investor marketing, including maintaining our investor database
- Assist development and implementation of investor targeting
- Collaborate with institutional investors, family offices, and corporate treasuries for wholesale investments.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proven ability to build and manage HNI and institutional investor relationships.
- The role requires a dynamic person with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to find outcomes that work for all.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, interpret information and financial concepts and apply them to business analysis.
- Advanced writing and communications skills
- Keen intellect, integrity, a sense of urgency and the ability to simultaneously execute on both tactical and strategic projects with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Should have good understanding about Financial Products.
