Job Description
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties, including filing and other general works.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Support in preparing presentations, meetings, and other internal communications.
- Office Management
- Oversee inventory and reorder office supplies as needed.
- Manage office equipment, ensuring it is in working order (e.g., copiers, fax machines, computers).
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and databases.
- Support in the preparation of reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Communication
- Handling outside clients forms of communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain an organized system for managing emails, messages, and documents.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors, ensuring that communication remains open, effective, and transparent.
- Identify potential vendors and assess their suitability based on the company’s needs, including pricing, quality, capacity, and reliability.
- Human Resources Support
- Support In HR activities.(if required)
- General Office Assistance
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, or team-building activities
- Provide ad-hoc support to the team as needed.
- Legal Support
- Support in Registration Work.
- Submit applications and required documents to government agencies. Track the status of pending registrations and follow up with government offices when necessary.
- Stay in regular contact with the relevant government office or agency to ensure your submissions are progressing.
- Demat Support
- Account Opening and Maintenance Facilitate the opening of new Demat accounts for clients by collecting necessary documentation, verifying details, and submitting applications to the back-office team
- Client Assistance and Support – Assist clients with the process of transferring physical shares to Demat form (dematerialization), and guide them on procedures for account management
- Transaction Management – Assist clients with buying, selling, and transferring securities in their Demat accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions.
- Problem Resolution – Coordinate with relevant teams or external vendors (like the Depository Participant) to resolve complex issues related to Demat accounts.
